He aquí una pequeña entrevista. Preguntas a Frida:
¿Has hecho algún curso?
- No, no realmente.
1. Why do you want to be a member of the Swedish Heroes jury?
– There are many everyday heroes, but most of them stay anonymous. To be a part of recognizing the heroes is going to be an important process for me and a reward in itself.
2. Define the word hero in three words.
– Heart, consideration and courage.
3. Is it some times forgiveable to turn a blind eye when someone is suffering?
– It depends on the situation. Perhaps if it means that you can get harmed yourself you have think through how to act. But spontaneously I would say that most people would like to lend a helping hand.
4. Many victims of accidents are brought back to life with CPR. Have you taken such a course?
– No, not even an avalanche course, even though I ski so much. But these kind of courses should be mandatory in school. Just like courses in humanity.
5. Can you remember a situation when you didn't intervene and you regretted it?
– No, not really. I'm known to be a straight forward woman who isn't afraid to speak my mind.
6. Why is it important to recognize everyday heroes?
– Because most of them never are recognized, even though they are almost everywhere, even in very small circumstances. If you recognize heroes more heroes are born. The heroes can bring out what is in all of us.
7. Who is the hero among heroes for you?
– My grandmother Arntine Lyngstad who took me and moved to Sweden when I was two years old. She had no idea of what to expect. She had style, feeling and pride. It is not until I've gotten older that I have realised what a great achievement she made.
