 Dos antiguos representantes suecos de Eurovisión intentaron repetir en al competición sin éxito: Mans Zelmerlow y John Lundvik.

Diez años después de ganar Eurovisión con "HEROES", Mans intentaba de nuevo representar a Suecia en el festival. Su propuesta "REVOLUTION" llegó a la final del Melodifestivalen de anoche pero no consiguió ganar por solo 2 votos. En su lugar va un bodrio hortera...  Otra favorito que se pierde, van 3!

Two old Swedish contestants in Eurovision tried to repeat in the competition without succeeding: mans Zelmerlow & John Lundvik.

Ten years after winning Eurovision with "HEROES", Mans was trying again to represent Sweden in the contest. His proposal "REVOLUTION" got to last night's Melodifestivalen final but didn't win for only 2 votes. Instead they're sending tacky rubbish... Another lost favourite, 3 already!

Tampoco repetirá John Lundvik que también se presentaba y quedó de 6º con "VOICE OF THE SILENT". John representó a Suecia en 2019 y quedó 5º. 4º favorito perdido!

John Lundvik won't repeat either. He also was a candidate and ended 6th with "VOICE OF THE SILENT". John represented Sweden in 2019 and ended up 5th. 4th lost favourite!

LOREEN REPITE Y LLEVA A SUECIA A SU 7ª VICTORIA / repeats and takes Sweden to their 7th victory

Loreen lleva la euforía por su segunda victoria y eleva a Suecia al podio con Irlanda con 7 vitorias. Suecia celebrará el festival en el 50º aniversario de la victoria de ABBA.

Loreen takes her euphoria with her second win and takes Sweden to the top with 7 victories together with Ireland. Sweden will hold the contest on the 50th anniversary of Abba's win.

EUROVISION 2020 "SHINE A LIGHT" [+Mensaje de Björn Ulvaeus' message]

Esta noche se celebró una gala televisiva para repasar las canciones que habría concursado en el Festival de Eurovisión 2020 que se suspendió por la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19. También se revisaron canciones y participantes antiguos con la presencial virtual de varios concursantes. Hacia el final intervino Björn Ulvaeus para recordar la histórica victoria de Abba. 
Entre otros invitados también estuvieron Mans Zelmerlöw que hizo una versión acústica en vivo de "HEROES" y Michael Schulte & Ilse DeLange que cantaron a dúo la canción con la que Alemania ganó con Nicole en 1982.
Todos los participantes del festival 2020 versionaron "SHINE A LIGHT" con la que Katrina & the Waves ganaron para el Reino Unido en 1997. Katrina aparece al final del video.

Tonight a TV show was held to revise the songs that would have participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 which was put off by the health crisis due to Covid-19. Old songs and performers were also revise with the virtual presence of several participants. To the end of the show Björn Ulvaeus to remember Abba's historic victory. 
Among other guests were Mans Zelmerlöw who performed a live accoustic version of "HEROES" and Michael Schulte & Ilse De Lange who sang together the song with which Nicole won for Germany in 1982.
All the 2020 participants covered Katrina & the Waves winning song for the UK "SHINE A LIGHT" in 1997. Katrina appears at the end of the video.

Cinco de los seis ganadores suecos de Eurovisión han estado en la inauguración de "Good evening, Europe!" la nueva exposición que celebra el 60º aniversario de Eurovisión en el recinto del Abba, The Museum y a una semana de la celebración del festival en Estocolmo otra vez. Alli estuvieron los miembros de Herreys, Carola, Mans Zelmerlöw, Loreen y Björn.

Five of the six Swedish winners of Eurovision have attended the opening of "Good evening, Europe!" the new exhibition that celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Eurovision Son Contest at the venue of Abba, The Museum and just a week before the contest is held in Stockholm once again. Una semana después, volvermos a hablar de Mans, el ganador del último festival de Eurovisión. Como de costumbre los representantes suecos no son unos recién llegados. Mans ya tiene tres álbumes editados en su país además de una carrera como concursante de talent shows televisivos tanto musicales como de danza y presentador de los conciertos veraniegos de Skansen. Sus álbumes "STAND BY FOR..." (2007), "MZW" (2009) y "BARCELONA SESSIONS" (2013), además de uno nuevo a punto de salir. Aquí sus singles en video.

A week after, we're talking again about Mans, this year's Eurovision winner. As usual, Swedish entries aren't some who have just arrived. Mans has already released three albums in his country apart from a career as contestant of TV music and dance talent shows and also presenter of the summer Skansen concerts. MANS ZELMERLÖW: SUECIA GANA 6ª/th EUROVISION win for Sweden

Y al final... Mans Zelmerlöw gana el sexto Festival de Eurovisión para Suecia con "HEROES". España con Edurne en un 21º lugar.
Suecia es uno de los países de más éxito en Eurovisión, con los anteriores ganadores incluyendo a ABBA con "WATERLOO" en 1974, los hermanos Herreys in 1984, Carola en 1991 y Charlotte Hilsson con "TAKE ME TO YOUR HEAVEN" en 1999. Más recientemente fue Loreen que se llevó el premio con "EUPHORIA" en 2012., quedando el año pasado de terceros con Sanna Nielsen.

And in the end... Mans Zelmerlöw won the 6th Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden with "HEROES". Spain with Edurne in the place 21st.
