La casualidad nos ha llevado de nuevo a encontrar una canción versionada. Se trata del tema de 1984, "LOUISE" del grupo británico The Human League (que regresan este año con nuevo álbum) y la versión que hizo Robbie Williams para su álbum del 2006 "RUDEBOX" que marcó su declive hasta retornar a Take That. Dejamos las dos versiones aquí.

Luck has brought us again to find another covered song. It's British Human League's 1984, "LOUISE". (The group are making a comeback this year) The cover version is by Robbie Williams, who included it on his 2006 album "RUDEBOX", which marked his falling from success to go back to Take That. Here are the two versions.

ROBBIE WILLIAMS: "IN & OUT OF CONSCIOUSNESS", GREATEST HITS 1990-2010

L'enfant terrible del pop británico anda en horas bajas. Después de su ansiado álbum de regreso el año pasado que no cuajó, después de anunciar su vuelta con sus compañeros de Take That para girar y grabar, al parecer... Edita un nuevo recopilatorio para celebrar sus 20 años en la música: "IN & OUT OF CONSCIOUSNESS. GREATEST HITS 1990-2010", y para promocionarlo un primer single inédito junto con su compañero Gary Barlow "SHAME" ("Pena"). ¿Volverá el tiempo de laureles o todo es sólo márketing? ¿Podrá repetir un "FEEL" o un "ANGELS"...? Aquí os dejamos con el nuevo tema en video y otro video promocional del disco.

British pop's enfant terrible isn't in his best times. After his expected comeback album last year which wasn't very successful, after announcing he'll be back with his mates from Take That to tour and record again, so it seems... He releases a new compilation album to celebrate his 20 years in music: "IN & OUT OF CONSCIOUSNESS. Madonna fue la artista más escuchada en el Reino Unido durante la última década. La cantante lideró la Lista de los Artistas de la Gente, una encuesta realizada por PPL para la BBC Radio 2. Los resultados que se recogieron utilizando datos de emisión radiofónica, televisiva y reproducción pública en bares, clubs, restaurantes y otros negocios se hizo pública ayer. The Sugarbabes son el único grupo de la lista que surgió durante la última década.

Madonna was the most-played artist in the UK during the last decade. The singer topped the People's Artist Chart, a poll compiled by PPL for BBC Radio 2. The rundown - which was compiled using data from broadcast airplay and public performance in pubs, clubs, restaurants and other businesses - was revealed yesterday .The Sugarbabes were the only group in the chart who emerged during the last decade.

La catastrofe de Haiti está haciendo que los artistas se vuelquen para recaudar fondos de ayuda. George Clooney organizó un telemaratón, se regraba "WE ARE THE WORLD", y otros artistas (entre los que están Leona Lewis, Mariah Carey, Rod Stewart, Mika, Michael Bublé, James Blunt, Bon Jovi, Kyle Minogue, Robbie Williams...) se han reunido para versionar el "EVERYBODY HURTS" ("Todo el mundo hiere"), clásico de REM que ya escuchamos en varias versiones (buscad en etiqueta versiones). Incluimos el audio con fotos de los que cantan.
