The Housemartins Hace una semana me hizo mucha ilusión recibir una visita al blog de mi ciudad natal: Kingston upon Hull. Ya nombré la ciudad cuando hablé en una entrada anterior de Everything But the Girl, cuyo componentes Tracey Thorn y Ben Watt se conocieron en la universidad de esta ciudad. Hoy como homenaje a mi ciudad natal y por si algún otro paisano me visita... os presento a un grupo indie de los 80 que proceden de allí, son The Housemartins, cuyo primer álbum llevaba el nombre de la ciudad en el título: "LONDON 0, HULL 4". Aquí os dejo un tema suyo "BUILD" ("Construye").A week ago I was very pleased when this blog received a visit from a person from my native hometown: Kingston upon Hull. I've already mentioned this city in a previous post for Everything But the Girl, whose members Tracey Thorn & Ben Watt me at the city's university. Today as tribute to my native hometown and just in case another fellow-countryman/woman visitis me... I introduce you to an 80s indie band that come from there, The Housemartins, whose first album had the city's name in its title: "LONDON 0, HULL 4".
