 Hace unos días se estrenaba el nuevo single de Texas "HI" que anuncia su álbum número once con el mismo título. Se trataba de la versión en video conjunta con Wu Tang Clan. Pero hoy se ha estrenado en radio y online la versión original que grabaron para su nuevo elepé.

Happy New Year – a new togetherness

In 2020 we have rediscovered the importance of taking care of each other. And we are finding new ways to be together.

With the video ”Happy New Year – a new togetherness”, ABBA The Museum The Choir celebrates hope and a new togetherness, wishing each other – and the world – a Happy New 2021.

”Happy New Year – a new togetherness” is a new take on the classic ABBA song ”Happy New Year” from 1980. The music is arranged for choir by Göran Arnberg, and recorded with ABBA The Museum The Choir and the composer himself Benny Andersson at the piano in his studio RMV.

The video was shot on location at ABBA The Museum in Stockholm, Sweden, and is produced by Myrén Film.

"SA MYCKET BATTRE" es un programa de la TV4 sueca que lleva 11 temporadas, mientras que aquí en España "A MI MANERA" en LaSexta solo tuvo una. Se trata de un programa donde artistas versionan canciones de otros. Esa edición española contó con Sole Giménez, Marta Sánchez entre otros... La última temporada sueca cuenta con Helen Sjöholm y Loreen, entre otros. Por lo tanto se han versionado canciones compuestas por Benny Andersson & Björn Ulvaeus para Helen. Newkid (Jhun Alexander Ferrer) versionó "DU MASTE FINNAS", del musical "KRISTINA FRAM DUMEVALA" y Loreen versionó "DU AR MIN MAN" de BAO (Benny Andersson Orchestra). Hace un año que Marie nos dejó. En el día de su aniversario se edita "SEA OF LOVE", una iniciativa de su familia en honor a su memoria. Fue la última canción que Marie grabó.

En sus últimos años, Marie lanzó varios singles: la balada de jazz "ALONE AGAIN" (2017), la versión del blues "I WANT TO GO" (2017) y una balada de big band "SING ME A SONG" (2018), que se publicó con motivo de su 60 cumpleaños. "SEA OF LOVE" fue inspirada tras las manifestaciones en Estocolmo tras el ataque terrorista en Drottninggatan del 2017 por el mar de persona que se pusieron de pie por la paz y la reconciliación. Compuesto por su marido Michael Bolyos.

A year ago Marie left us. On the day of her anniversary "SEA OF LOVE" is released, an iniciative from her family in honour of her memory. It was the last song Marie recorded.

In her last years, Marie published several singles: the jazz ballard "ALONE AGAIN" (2017), the blues cover  "I WANT TO GO" (2017) and the big band ballad "SING ME A SONG" (2018), which was released in connection wurg her 60th birthday. "SEA OF LOVE" was inspired by the demonstrations held in Stockholm after the 2017 Drottninggatan terrorist attack in 2017 and the sea of people who stood up for peace and reconciliation. Composed by her husband Michael Boylos.

"BAG OF TRIX" saldrá sale el 11 de diciembre. Serán una caja de 4 LPs y un pack de 3 CDs también además de streaming. El primer volumen saldrá el 30 de octubre. Serán recopilatorios de rarezas, versiones, remezclas y canciones inéditas de Roxette.

"BAG OF TRIX" is out on 11th December. It will available in a 4 LP box and a 3 CD case as well apart from streaming sites. The first volume is released on 30th October. They'll be compilations of rarities, remixes and new songs by Roxette.

The release of the compilation boxset "THIS FAR" has been announced for October 9th. As its name states it's a box that collects all Sade's studio albums from their debut in 1984 up to their latest in 2010 in remastered vinyl format. A great luxury!

 Esta tarde, Per Gessle ha hecho la presentación oficial de la canción póstuma de Roxette con la voz de Marie. La canción grabada en 2016 durante las sesiones para su último álbum de estudio "GOOD KARMA". Per ha concedido una entrevista en streaming por YouTube para presentarlo. La canción que se publicará el próximo 9 de octubre, formará parte de "BAG OF TRIX", una magnífica colección de material inédito que saldrá a finales de año y que incluye, entre otros, la versión en español de "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ME". Aquí está el estreno del video de nuevo single y la entrevista de hoy con Per.

This afternoon, Per Gessle has officially presented Roxette's posthumous song with Marie's voice. The song recorded in 2016 during the sessions for the last studio album "GOOD KARMA". Per has given a streaming interview on YouTube to present it. The song will be released on October 9th and will be part of "BAG OF TRIX", a magnificent collection on unreleased material which will appear at the end of the year and will include, among others, the Spanish version of "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ME".
