Finalmente Eurovisión 2024 sí homenajeó a ABBA, no con su presencia real pero sí con la presencia de sus abbatares y la interpretación de tres ganadores del festival, Carola, Charlotte Perrelli y Conchita Wurst, versionando "WATERLOO". Además otros temas del grupo "GIMME! GIMME! GIMME!" y "THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL" sonaron durante la gala.
Finally Eurovision 2024 did pay tribute to ABBA, not with their real presence but through the presence of their abbatars and the performance of three contest winners, Carola, Charlotte Perrelli & Conchita Wurst, covering "WATERLOO". Other of their hits "GIMME! GIMME! GIMME!" & "THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL" were heard during the show.
